and black plum, distinct aromas of violet, and aged 20 months
in small French oak barrels, our Nine Barrels is the crown jewel

This full bodied wine exhibits bold aromas that include mint, eucalyptus, and rich minerals. Aged for 18 months in small French oak barrels, it shows lush red cherry and ripe blackberry fruit character. Serve it alongside roasted lamb chops, venison, or broiled steaks. "wild" Bordeaux blend of 40% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17%
Malbec, 15% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Spicy and aromatic,

Our 2006 vintage “Ultra Brut” is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes in a crisp and lean style. It shows fresh acidity, bright aromatic fruit and lightly toasted bread. This blanc de blanc sparkling wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif before dinner or alongside cheeses, smoked and cured meats, shellfish or just about anything else you can think of. This lush, full bodied wine exhibits elegant flavors of red cherry fruit
as well as distinct aromas of exotic spices and gentle tannins. Aged 18 months in small French oak barrels this wine shows a complexity rarely

95% Merlot and 5% Malbec, this elegant wine exhibits
gentle tannins, flavors of red plum fruit and aromas of chocolate,
coffee and vanilla. We recommend drinking our Estate Merlot upon
release though it will age well and continue to evolve for 5 -

Our first red wine release of the 2007 vintage, this 100% merlot spent extended time on the skins with a long fermentation by indigenous yeast. This estate merlot shows aromas of violet, toasted herbs and minerals, while expressing classic flavors of red cherry, coffee and spice. Only 49 cases produced. $25 per bottle |
Our winemaker Anthony Nappa has produced this pinot noir, the first vintage of his own private label, Anthony Nappa Wines. This deep ruby red 100% pinot noir is intensely flavorful with a fruity aroma. Earthy and full-bodied with a spicy elegance on the finish. $33 per bottle |
The “first
fruit” harvested each vintage creates this harmonious white. Classic
flavors of ripe pear, grapefruit, fig, and herbs combine with
classic minerality on the finish to create a wine best paired
with the bounty of fresh fish and shellfish harvested locally
on the North Fork. Think about serving it alongside fresh oysters,

The soils at Shinn Estate Vineyards are known on the geological survey as “Haven.” They are well drained and formed as very fine sandy loam. We have named this estate grown Sauvignon Blanc – Semillon blend after these glacially formed soils. The fruit spends extended time on the skins before being fermented by indigenous yeast in new French oak barrels. $36 per bottle |
