This wine shows delicious North Fork fruit characteristics. A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Upon first sip raspberry and strawberry burst forth, while a refreshing finish makes this red a great match with any meal.

     This Reserve wine is comprised of 87% merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Possessing refined tannins, elegant flavors of blackberry and black plum, distinct aromas of violet, and aged 18 months in small French oak barrels, our Nine Barrels is the crown jewel of our cellar. We produced only 225 cases (9 barrels).

     Blended from three selections of Cabernet Franc and aged 16 months in small French oak barrels. This lush full bodied wine exhibits gentle tannins, elegant flavors of red cherry and raspberry as well as distinct aromas of exotic spices. Only 175 cases produced.

     A blend of 81% Merlot and 19% Cabernet Franc, this elegant wine exhibits gentle tannins, flavors of red plum fruit and aromas of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. We recommend drinking our Estate Merlot upon release though it will age well and continue to evolve for 5 - 7 years.

      Our playful "wild" Bordeaux blend of 40% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Malbec, 15% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Spicy and aromatic, our "wild boar doe" pairs perfectly with highly seasoned seafood stews, roasted meats and full flavored ripe cheeses.

     The “first fruit” harvested each vintage creates this harmonious white. Classic flavors of ripe pear, grapefruit, fig, and herbs combine with classic minerality on the finish to create a wine best paired with the bounty of fresh fish and shellfish harvested locally on the North Fork.      A stainless steel fermentation of sauvignon blanc, semillon, viognier, and chardonnay producing a refreshing style with a zing of acidity. Clean vibrant citrus notes add complexity to the fresh and juicy finish.

     Join us every Saturday and Sunday afternoon at 1:30 PM. when we open the vineyard for a walking tour and wine tasting. The walk highlights the growing cycle of the vines and addresses the sustainable farming practices of the estate. Owners David Page and Barbara Shinn host the 20 - 30 minute walk and tasting. Our limited production estate wine is poured after the walk and is available for purchase. The tour is $8.50 which includes the wine tasting.
